Ingredients

Dough and Spread
  • 1 pound Gluten-Free Pizza Dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup Garlic Butter (softened butter + 4 cloves minced garlic)
Toppings
  • 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (chopped) For garnish

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. On a lightly floured surface (gluten-free flour), roll out your gluten-free pizza dough into a large rectangle, about 12x16 inches.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the softened butter and minced garlic. Mix well.
  4. Spread the garlic butter evenly over the entire surface of the rolled-out dough.
Adding Toppings
  1. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the garlic butter.
  2. Spoon the pizza sauce over the mozzarella cheese, spreading it out, leaving about an inch of space around the edges.
  3. Sprinkle the Italian seasoning and grated Parmesan cheese over the sauce.
  4. Carefully transfer the prepared dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese has melted and bubbled.
  2. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and garnishing with fresh parsley. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For a fluffier texture, let the dough come to room temperature before rolling it out. Add sliced olives or pepperoni for an extra flavor kick. If hosting a crowd, consider doubling the recipe.
