Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a lightly floured surface (gluten-free flour), roll out your gluten-free pizza dough into a large rectangle, about 12x16 inches.
- In a small bowl, combine the softened butter and minced garlic. Mix well.
- Spread the garlic butter evenly over the entire surface of the rolled-out dough.
Adding Toppings
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the garlic butter.
- Spoon the pizza sauce over the mozzarella cheese, spreading it out, leaving about an inch of space around the edges.
- Sprinkle the Italian seasoning and grated Parmesan cheese over the sauce.
- Carefully transfer the prepared dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese has melted and bubbled.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and garnishing with fresh parsley. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For a fluffier texture, let the dough come to room temperature before rolling it out. Add sliced olives or pepperoni for an extra flavor kick. If hosting a crowd, consider doubling the recipe.
