- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the corn, salt, and pepper, and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- If using, stir in the garlic powder and cream (or milk) and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
- If desired, add the Parmesan cheese and cook until melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for a month. Reheat gently on the stovetop or microwave. For variation, use olive oil instead of butter or make it vegan with coconut oil and plant-based milk.
