Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow dish, combine Parmesan cheese, flour, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken breast in the mixture, making sure it’s well coated.
Cooking
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Remove the chicken and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with the garlic lemon butter sauce.
Notes
Your Lemon Chicken keeps well in the fridge for 3-4 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven for best results.
