Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 2 pieces chicken breasts Boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup flour Use almond flour for a gluten-free option
  • 1/4 cup butter Unsalted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, combine Parmesan cheese, flour, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in the mixture, making sure it’s well coated.
Cooking
  1. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Transfer the chicken to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken and drizzle with lemon juice.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with the garlic lemon butter sauce.

Notes

Your Lemon Chicken keeps well in the fridge for 3-4 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven for best results.
