Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 1 pound chicken thighs Boneless and skinless preferred
  • 1 cup yogurt For marinating
  • 3 cloves garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For cooking
For the Flatbread
  • 2 cups flour All-purpose or whole wheat
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup yogurt For flatbread
For Assembly
  • 2 cups lettuce or greens For filling
  • 1 medium tomato Optional, sliced

Method
 

Marinate the Chicken
  1. Marinate the chicken thighs with yogurt, garlic, salt, and pepper. Let those flavors soak in for at least 30 minutes.
Cook the Chicken
  1. Cook the marinated chicken thighs in a skillet with olive oil until fully cooked and golden brown. It’ll smell amazing!
Make the Flatbread
  1. Prepare homemade yogurt flatbread by mixing flour, salt, and yogurt, then knead and roll it out. Cook each piece in a skillet until golden.
Assemble the Wrap
  1. Spread garlicky yogurt on the flatbread, add the cooked chicken, and top with lettuce or greens and optional tomato.
  2. Wrap tightly and enjoy!

Notes

Store these wraps well in the fridge for about 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in a skillet.
