Marinate the Chicken
- Marinate the chicken thighs with yogurt, garlic, salt, and pepper. Let those flavors soak in for at least 30 minutes.
Cook the Chicken
- Cook the marinated chicken thighs in a skillet with olive oil until fully cooked and golden brown. It’ll smell amazing!
Make the Flatbread
- Prepare homemade yogurt flatbread by mixing flour, salt, and yogurt, then knead and roll it out. Cook each piece in a skillet until golden.
Assemble the Wrap
- Spread garlicky yogurt on the flatbread, add the cooked chicken, and top with lettuce or greens and optional tomato.
- Wrap tightly and enjoy!
Notes
Store these wraps well in the fridge for about 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in a skillet.
