- In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes).
- Pour in the broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add potstickers and cook according to package instructions or until heated through.
- Stir in the greens and soy sauce, cooking until the greens are wilted.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
Notes
To make the soup thicker, whisk in a teaspoon of cornstarch dissolved in a little cold water. A dash of red pepper flakes can add some spice. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to a month.
