- In a skillet, heat the peanut oil and brown the ground pork with 1/4 cup of sliced green onions.
- In a bowl, mix together the chicken broth, mirin, dark soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and sriracha to make the sauce.
Combine
- Add the cooked Lo Mein noodles, coleslaw mix, and the prepared sauce to the skillet.
- Toss everything quickly for about 2–3 minutes until evenly coated. Drizzle with the remaining sliced green onions before serving.
Notes
Don't skip toasting the garlic; it enhances the flavor. Store leftovers in the fridge for about 3-4 days and reheat as needed.
