Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish, about 9x13 inches.
Layering
- In a large bowl, mix the cottage cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella, eggs, oregano, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Spread half of the pasta sauce in the bottom of your greased dish.
- Pour in the cheese mixture and top with the remaining pasta sauce and your favorite pizza toppings.
- Sprinkle with the reserved mozzarella.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until the center is set and the top is bubbly and golden.
Serving
- Let it cool for a few minutes, slice up, and enjoy!
Notes
For extra depth of flavor, it's recommended to sauté the garlic in olive oil before mixing it in. Serve hot with fresh basil or chili flakes. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
