Preparation

- In a large bowl, mix together chicken, rice, both soups, broth, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well combined.
Baking
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil, sprinkle the cheese on top, and bake for another 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
