  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce Low sodium recommended
  • 1 tablespoon honey For sweetness
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Adjust to taste

Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into bite-sized pieces Tender and juicy choice for skewers
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, cut into chunks Can substitute with canned, drained
  • as needed Skewers (wooden or metal) Soak wooden skewers in water if used

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the BBQ sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
  2. Add the pork pieces to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Cooking
  1. Thread the marinated pork and pineapple chunks onto skewers, alternating between the two.
  2. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the pork is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
  3. Serve warm and enjoy your summer feast!
