Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried thyme. Mix well.
  4. Rub the mixture all over the chicken thighs.
  5. Position the chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Arrange lemon slices around the chicken if desired.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 35-45 minutes until the skin is golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  2. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
