- Toss in the taco seasoning and the diced tomatoes and chiles. Sauté for about 5 minutes until it’s all mixed and fragrant.
- In a bowl, combine cheddar cheese and ranch dressing. Fold in the cooked taco meat until everything mingles together nicely.
- Spoon this delicious mixture into the frozen phyllo shells.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes (or 10-13 minutes if your shells were frozen).
