Preparation

- Coat the chicken breasts in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere the crumbs.
Cooking
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Once hot, add the chicken breasts and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
