Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then cut them into fry-sized pieces, making sure they are similar in size for even cooking.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the sweet potato fries with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
Baking
  1. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure not to overcrowd.

Notes
