Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken thighs with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well coated.
- Place the chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30–35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken thighs for a few hours before cooking. To store leftovers, keep in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2-3 months.
