  • 4 pieces Chicken thighs Bone-in, skin-on recommended for crispiness
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For tossing the chicken
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper Freshly ground for the best flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Can substitute with fresh garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika For added flavor and color
  • to taste Fresh herbs (optional) Chopped parsley or thyme for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken thighs with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well coated.
  3. Place the chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 30–35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
  2. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes.
  3. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken thighs for a few hours before cooking. To store leftovers, keep in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2-3 months.
