  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them evenly with the marinade.
Cooking
  1. Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
