Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 4 pieces boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For rubbing the chicken
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper Optional for a kick
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley For garnish

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Rub the chicken thighs with olive oil and then coat them generously with the spice mixture.
  4. Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Pat the chicken dry for a better crust. Marinate for extra flavor if desired. You can experiment with spices and adjust cooking time for larger thighs. Let the chicken rest after cooking to lock in the juices.
