- In a large pot or skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Toss in the pasta and pour in the milk. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, stirring frequently, until al dente and the sauce is thickened (about 10-12 minutes).
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and let it sit for a couple of minutes to thicken further.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored for up to 3 days in an airtight container. Reheat on low heat with a splash of milk to maintain creaminess. Can be frozen but may lose texture.
