  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated For a creamy texture
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper Adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat and add minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
  2. Add the pasta and enough water or broth to cover it.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
  4. Stir in milk and cook until pasta is al dente, about 10 minutes.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to taste.
  7. Serve hot.

Notes

For serving, top with freshly cracked pepper and extra Parmesan. It can be paired with sautéed veggies or a green salad. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days or frozen for 2 months.
