Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the kielbasa, bell peppers, and onions.
- In a large bowl, mix the kielbasa, peppers, and onions with honey, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
- Spread the mixture on a sheet pan in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the veggies are tender and caramelized.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Leftovers can last in the fridge for 3-4 days in an airtight container. It can also be frozen for up to a month. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
