  • 1 lb Kielbasa Sliced
  • 2 cups Bell peppers Chopped, mixed colors
  • 1 cup Onions Sliced
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper To taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the kielbasa, bell peppers, and onions.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the kielbasa, peppers, and onions with honey, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Spread the mixture on a sheet pan in a single layer.
  2. Roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the veggies are tender and caramelized.
  3. Serve warm.

Notes

Leftovers can last in the fridge for 3-4 days in an airtight container. It can also be frozen for up to a month. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
