- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced chicken sausage and cook until browned.
- Toss in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the orzo pasta and broccoli florets.
- Cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the orzo is tender.
- Remove from heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve warm.
Notes
Can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat with a splash of broth or water.
