Cooking the Chicken
- In a large pan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Add the chicken to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Cooking the Noodles
- In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until tender.
- Once the noodles are cooked, stir in the remaining butter and mix until melted.
Serving
- Slice the cooked chicken and serve on top of the noodles, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Got leftovers? Store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Don’t skip toasting the garlic for better flavor!
