Preparation

  2. Slice the kielbasa crosswise, but don’t cut all the way through to hold its shape.
  3. In a bowl, mix together yellow mustard, honey, and smoked paprika until smooth.
  4. Brush the mustard mixture generously over each kielbasa bite, ensuring to get into the slices.
