- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Slice the kielbasa crosswise, but don’t cut all the way through to hold its shape.
- In a bowl, mix together yellow mustard, honey, and smoked paprika until smooth.
- Brush the mustard mixture generously over each kielbasa bite, ensuring to get into the slices.
Cooking
- Arrange the kielbasa bites in your baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
These bites keep well in the fridge for up to 3 days. They can also be frozen and reheated in the oven for the best texture.
