Main Ingredients
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese or 4 mozzarella sticks (halved) Shredded cheese may melt more evenly.

  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning Optional, adds flavor.
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese Optional, can be added for extra flavor.
  • Marinara sauce For dipping, optional.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
  3. On the wide end of each triangle, place 3–4 slices of pepperoni and a piece of mozzarella.
  4. Roll the dough tightly from the wide end to the tip, enclosing the filling.
  5. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and grated Parmesan over the top, if using.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  7. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Let the rolls cool for a minute after baking to avoid burning yourself on molten cheese. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for about 3 days or frozen for about 2 months.
