Preparation
  1. Wash the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves.
  2. On a toothpick or small skewer, thread one cherry tomato, followed by a mozzarella ball, and then a basil leaf.
  3. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  4. Arrange the bites on a serving platter.
  5. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil.
  6. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
