Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a microwave-safe mug, mix the flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and baking powder until well combined.
  2. Stir in the melted butter, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Cooking
  1. Microwave on high for about 40-60 seconds, or until the cookie has risen and is set but still soft in the center.
  2. Allow to cool slightly before enjoying.

Notes

This cookie is best enjoyed fresh and warm. You can store leftovers in the fridge for 1-2 days. If frozen, cover the uncooked dough tightly and microwave directly from the freezer, adding a few extra seconds.
