  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish with a spray or brush of oil.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese until well blended.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and coat them evenly with the creamy mixture.
Cooking
  1. Bake uncovered for about 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbly, ensuring the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  2. Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Don't skimp on the resting time; it helps the juices redistribute, ensuring every bite stays moist and delicious. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for about 3–4 days in an airtight container and can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
