Ingredients
  

For the Marinade
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • to taste salt and pepper
For the Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, basil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice to create the herb marinade.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a large sealable bag or dish and pour the marinade over them.
  3. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any leftovers.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until it's cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  4. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes

Serve with roasted veggies or a Greek salad for a full meal. For best results, let the chicken marinate for longer.
