Preparation
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, basil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice to create the herb marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a large sealable bag or dish and pour the marinade over them.
- Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
Cooking
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any leftovers.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until it's cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
Serve with roasted veggies or a Greek salad for a full meal. For best results, let the chicken marinate for longer.
