Preparation
- Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Fold in the mini marshmallows and nuts if using.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly.
- Allow fudge to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Once set, cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
For a gourmet touch, serve in colorful paper cups and drizzle with chocolate or caramel sauce. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to two weeks, or freeze for up to three months.
