Ingredients
  

Fudge Base
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix-ins
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional) Try almonds or pecans for a different crunch.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a saucepan over low heat, combine the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
  2. Stir until melted and smooth, then remove from heat.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Gently fold in the mini marshmallows and chopped nuts, if you’re using them.
Setting
  1. Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  2. Chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours until set.
  3. Once set, cut into squares and serve.

Notes

This fudge can be stored in the fridge for about a week or in the freezer for several months. Use an airtight container for best freshness.
