- In a saucepan over low heat, combine the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
- Stir until melted and smooth, then remove from heat.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in the mini marshmallows and chopped nuts, if you’re using them.
Setting
- Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours until set.
- Once set, cut into squares and serve.
