Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the croissants in half and place them on a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix together the maple syrup and Dijon mustard.
- In a skillet, cook the eggs to your liking and season with salt and pepper.
Assembly
- Layer bacon or sausage, cooked eggs, and cheese on the bottom half of each croissant.
- Drizzle with the maple mustard mixture.
- Close the croissants, and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes until warmed through and cheese melts.
- Serve immediately!
Notes
These sandwiches are best served warm. You can also serve them with crispy potato wedges or a fresh fruit salad.
