Ingredients
  

For the Sandwiches
  • 4 pieces Croissants Golden and flaky croissants
  • 2 tablespoons Maple syrup For sweetness
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard For a tangy kick
  • 8 slices Cooked bacon or sausage Choose your favorite meat
  • 4 large Eggs Cooked to your liking
  • 4 slices Cheese (cheddar or Swiss) For melting
  • to taste Salt For seasoning
  • to taste Pepper For seasoning

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the croissants in half and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the maple syrup and Dijon mustard.
  4. In a skillet, cook the eggs to your liking and season with salt and pepper.
Assembly
  1. Layer bacon or sausage, cooked eggs, and cheese on the bottom half of each croissant.
  2. Drizzle with the maple mustard mixture.
  3. Close the croissants, and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes until warmed through and cheese melts.
  4. Serve immediately!

Notes

These sandwiches are best served warm. You can also serve them with crispy potato wedges or a fresh fruit salad.
