  • 3 slices pepperoni
  • 2 slices provolone cheese Grated cheese can be used for quicker melt.
  • 1–2 tbsp banana peppers
  • 1–2 tsp Italian dressing Use light or homemade dressing.

Preparation
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Lay the tortilla flat in the pan and layer provolone cheese, salami, pepperoni, and banana peppers on one half of the tortilla.
  3. Drizzle lightly with Italian dressing for an extra zing.
  4. Fold the tortilla over and press gently to seal in those tasty ingredients.
Cooking
  1. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until it's golden and the cheese is melty and gooey.
  2. Slice and serve hot for the best experience.
