Preparation
- Preheat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Warm tortillas in the microwave for 10-15 seconds, covered with a damp paper towel.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Divide the mixture among the tortillas and roll them tightly.
Cooking
- Place wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown with cheese oozing out.
- Remove, slice in half, and serve hot, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
Notes
Serve these wraps hot, with a sprinkle of fresh parsley on top for a pop of color. Pair with a light salad or dip into your favorite sauce. For storing, keep in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in a skillet to regain crispiness.
