- Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sear the chicken for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Topping
- In a mixing bowl, combine ranch dressing, mayonnaise, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, mozzarella cheese (if desired), and Parmesan cheese.
- Place the seared chicken in a baking dish and spoon the topping evenly over each breast.
- Sprinkle with Panko breadcrumbs and additional Parmesan.
- Drizzle melted butter over the top.
Cooking
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh parsley and serving.
