Preparation
- Preheat the oven according to tater tot package instructions.
- Bake the tater tots until crispy and golden brown.
- Once cooked, remove from the oven and sprinkle cheese and bacon bits over the top.
- Return to the oven for a few minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with sour cream and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
These tater tots can be served in a cast iron skillet or on a colorful plate. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3-4 days. For freezing, reheat in the oven for the best texture.
