  • 1 bag Tater tots Frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup Cheese (cheddar or your choice) Shredded
  • 1/2 cup Bacon bits (crispy) Pre-cooked bacon bits
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream For drizzling
  • 2 stalks Green onion (chopped) For garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven according to tater tot package instructions.
  2. Bake the tater tots until crispy and golden brown.
  3. Once cooked, remove from the oven and sprinkle cheese and bacon bits over the top.
  4. Return to the oven for a few minutes until the cheese is melted.
  5. Remove from the oven and drizzle with sour cream and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

These tater tots can be served in a cast iron skillet or on a colorful plate. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3-4 days. For freezing, reheat in the oven for the best texture.
