  • 1 teaspoon chili powder For seasoning

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 1 avocado, sliced
  • Sour cream for topping
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Taco sauce or salsa (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the diced potatoes with oil, salt, and pepper, and spread them on a baking sheet.
Cooking
  1. Roast the potatoes for about 25-30 minutes, or until crispy and golden.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground meat until browned.
  3. Add chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper; stir to combine.

  2. Top with avocado slices, sour cream, and garnish with cilantro.
