  • 1 head Romaine lettuce Finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Dill Fresh, chopped
  • 3 stalks Fresh green onions Sliced
  • 1 cup Feta cheese Crumble on top
Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Finely chop the romaine lettuce and place it in a large salad bowl.
  2. Add chopped dill and sliced green onions.
  3. Crumble the feta cheese on top.
Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
Assembly
  1. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  2. Serve immediately.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days if kept covered. Store dressing separately to maintain crispness.
