Preparation
- In a bowl, mix lime juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Place chicken breasts in a dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
Cooking
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the microwave or on the grill.
