- In a bowl, whisk together the lime juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to overnight.
Cooking
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Serve garnished with fresh cilantro.
