  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese Can substitute with cheddar or mozzarella for variation.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For sautéing the vegetables.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper Season to your preference.
  • 4 whole low carb tortillas or cheese wraps Choose your favorite type.

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper; sauté until soft and fragrant.
  3. Toss in the ground beef and cook until it’s nicely browned.
  4. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Notes
