- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced bell peppers and onions to the skillet and cook until softened.
- Stir in the cream cheese and shredded cheese until melted and everything is well combined.
- Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the mixture onto lettuce leaves or serve as is.
Notes
For added variation, mix in sautéed mushrooms or jalapeños. The rolls can also be prepared ahead of time and assembled later. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
