  • 1 whole bell pepper, sliced Any color of bell pepper can be used.
  • 1 whole onion, sliced
  • 2 tsp garlic powder Adjust to taste.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Add according to preference.
  • Lettuce leaves (for wrapping) Romaine or butter lettuce recommended.

Preparation
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground meat until browned.
  2. Toss in the sliced bell peppers and onions, cooking until softened.
  3. Stir in the garlic powder, salt, and pepper for flavor.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in shredded cheese until it melts.
  5. Spoon the mixture onto lettuce leaves and wrap them.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen for about a month. Reheat in the microwave or skillet.
