Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 2 breasts chicken breasts Boneless and skinless
  • 2 medium zucchinis Spiralized into noodles
  • 1 cup heavy cream For the Alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Use fresh for best results
  • 2 tablespoons butter Unsalted, for sautéing
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Freshly minced for flavor
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust seasoning as needed
  • as needed Olive oil For cooking the chicken

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice the zucchinis into noodles using a spiralizer or vegetable peeler.
Cooking Chicken
  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the chicken breasts until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Making the Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
  2. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  3. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Add the zucchini noodles to the sauce and toss until coated.
  2. Slice the cooked chicken and place it on top of the zucchini noodles.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy your Keto Chicken Alfredo!

Notes

Be gentle with the zoodles as they cook quickly. Don’t skimp on cheese as good Parmesan enhances the sauce.
