Preparation
- Slice the zucchinis into noodles using a spiralizer or vegetable peeler.
Cooking Chicken
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the chicken breasts until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Making the Sauce
- In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Combining Ingredients
- Add the zucchini noodles to the sauce and toss until coated.
- Slice the cooked chicken and place it on top of the zucchini noodles.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your Keto Chicken Alfredo!
Notes
Be gentle with the zoodles as they cook quickly. Don’t skimp on cheese as good Parmesan enhances the sauce.
