Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly grease a large baking dish or rimmed baking sheet.
- Using a meat pounder or a rolling pin, pound the thickest part of each chicken breast until they are roughly the same thickness throughout.
- In a bowl, add the chicken breasts and toss with all the spices and olive or avocado oil until evenly coated.
Cooking
- Place the chicken in the baking dish, spacing them apart.
- Transfer to the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Allow the chicken to rest for several minutes before slicing.
- Brush with pan juices, slice, serve, and enjoy!
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil the chicken for the last minute or two. Adjust spices to taste, and feel free to cut chicken into smaller pieces for quicker baking.
