Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into a football shape.
  3. Roll the cheese ball in crushed crackers until evenly coated.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
