Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until just combined, then form into meatballs.
Cooking
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, heat marinara sauce in a saucepan.
- Add meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
- Serve hot with pasta or on a sub roll.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
