  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped Fresh is best for vibrant flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano Less may be needed if using dried herbs.
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes Adjust according to preferred spice level.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine the olive oil, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Mix well to blend all the flavors together.
  3. Serve in a shallow dish alongside warm, crusty bread for dipping.

Notes

This sauce is best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. No need to reheat; serve cold for a refreshing dip. Optionally, drizzle balsamic glaze on top for an elegant touch.
