Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top of each breast.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Once done, remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired before serving.
Notes
This dish pairs well with a bright salad or garlic bread. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
