- Marinate the chicken strips with soy sauce, chili sauce, cornstarch, ginger-garlic paste, and a pinch of salt for about 15-20 minutes.
- In a pan over medium heat, heat oil and fry the marinated chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add onions, bell peppers, and green chilies. Stir-fry for a few minutes until softened.
Finishing Touches
- Add the fried chicken back to the pan, pour in the vinegar, and adjust salt as needed.
- Cook for another couple of minutes, ensuring everything is well combined.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
