Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 500 g chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2-3 green chilies, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • Spring onions for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Marinate the chicken strips with soy sauce, chili sauce, cornstarch, ginger-garlic paste, and a pinch of salt for about 15-20 minutes.
  2. In a pan over medium heat, heat oil and fry the marinated chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add onions, bell peppers, and green chilies. Stir-fry for a few minutes until softened.
Finishing Touches
  1. Add the fried chicken back to the pan, pour in the vinegar, and adjust salt as needed.
  2. Cook for another couple of minutes, ensuring everything is well combined.
  3. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.

Notes

Serve over a bed of steamed rice or alongside crispy noodles. Make sure to store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
