  • 8 slices Bacon For wrapping
For the Caprese Skewers
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes For skewering
  • 1 cup Mozzarella balls For skewering
  • 1 cup Fresh basil For skewering
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar For drizzling
For the Puff Pastry Bites
  • 1 package Puff pastry Thawed
  • 1 cup Cheese Cheddar, mozzarella, or goat cheese
  • 1 tbsp Fresh herbs Chopped (like basil or cilantro)
For the Veggie Platter
  • 2 cups Fresh veggies Carrots, bell peppers, cucumbers, chopped
  • 1 cup Dips Hummus, guacamole, or salsa
For the Shrimp Cocktail
  • 1 lb Boiled shrimp Served on ice
  • 1 cup Cocktail sauce Chilled
Additional Ingredients
  • 1 cup Nut mixtures For snacking
  • 1 box Crackers Assorted

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Halve the jalapeños, stuff with cream cheese mixed with spices, wrap in bacon, and bake until crispy.
  2. Thread cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and basil on skewers, then drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
  3. Fill squares of puff pastry with cheese and herbs, then bake until golden.
  4. Chop a selection of colorful fresh veggies and arrange them with dips.
  5. Chill cocktail sauce and serve with boiled shrimp on ice.
