 - Toss in the sausages and sweet potatoes, coating them in the honey garlic mixture.
 - Spread them on a sheet pan, allowing space between pieces.
 - Drizzle with olive oil and toss again.
 - Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway, until sweet potatoes are tender and sausages are cooked through.
 - Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
